Skylarks of Sharon- October Meeting

The meeting was held at Carini's Restaurant in Transfer.

The meeting was called to order at 7:45 PM.

Old business:

None was discussed.

New business:

1. Reason of receipt book is to lessen problems with people paying for tables for March swap meet.

2. There was a minor problem with our new winter meeting place, but has been taken care of. I have to check with telephone office to see if we can park behind their building for meetings.

3. We are discussing the problems with the fly in and contest for 2008. As a note, the cost is $50 per event. Discussion will continue with the coming meetings. As of now the porta potty will be rented for the end of July thru the end of August.

4. November meeting is cancelled due to the date of Thanksgiving. Next meeting is December 19, 2007 and will be combined with Christmas party on December.19, 2007. Please let either Sumner, 724-794-2955 or Phil, 724-983-1677 know by December 16, 2007 if you will be attending and how many. I will be gone until December 12, 2007 but one can leave a message on my phone. Carini's is the place of the party where we have had our parties before.

5. December. is also the time of electing officers for 2008.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:45 PM.
