Skylarks of Sharon- October Meeting

The meeting was held at Carini's Restaurant.

Buzz, Gordon, Andy, Ralph, Bob Holup, Al B., Thomas, Robert C., Sumner & Art.
The meeting was called to order at 7:10 PM.

Meeting Minutes:

Correction on balance of cash for September 21, 2011. Petty cash added to balance to make it $2473.30

Gordon will get ads sent in to AMA for the March 18, 2012 Swap Meet. We have the room saved and rate so far is the same as last year.

Gordon will check to see if we can get an ad in Control Line World magazine and check on price. This add is for the Swap Meet.

Andy asked if all members have a copy of the field rules and have read them. Thomas was given a copy of the field rules.

Note of info: Sumner announced after the meeting he is leaving the Skylarks January 2012. A secretary is needed to replace him.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:30 PM.

The next meeting will be held at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at Carini's Restaurant in Transfer.
