Meeting Minutes:

Set up time for swap meet is 7:00 AM. Can't get the hall early enough Saturday night.

So far 44 tables have been sold. We can use all available help to set up and run swap meet.This is the main way of getting money to mow the field.

Gordon: coffee, change cash, coffee maker
Andy: doughnuts, onions
Sumner: soda, condiments, dogs, rolls, ice

Meeting was adjourned at 8:10 PM.
