Meeting Minutes:

Swap meet: Total of 63 tables sold. We NEED all people possible to help set up. Time is 7:00 AM to set up. Sunday, March 20, 2010.

Lawn mowing situation: Jon has agreed to mow the field for the same price as Curtis did. Last year the cost was just over $1100 to keep the field in great shape.

The new charter and insurance papers are in.

The field is still a swamp so be very careful if going there.
