Skylarks of Sharon- August Meeting

August 19, 2009

The meeting was held at the club flying field.
Those attending meeting are:
Bob, George, Jon, Andy, Gordon, Sumner
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 PM.
Last month's minutes read and accepted.

Meeting Minutes:

1.) Jon made a motion to combine checking account and savings account into checking account. It was seconded by Andy. Vote was unanimous to have one account. Gordon will take care of action at the bank.

2.) 2010 Swap Meet will be March 21, 2010 at the VFW as usual. Gordon and Bob will be persons for contact.

3.) No date set for the 2010 Fun Fly.

4.) Please drive slowly down the lane to the field.

5.) The price of sanction for next years Fun Fly is being researched.

6.) Note of interest: On a volunteer basis, flyers please sign sheet in pin box. The reason is so flyers can get together to fly, which is safer.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:15 PM.

The next meeting will be held at 7:30 PM on Wednesday, September 16, 2009 at the flying field.
